This website including the chatbot (together as the “Website”) is operated by LukyLab s.r.o., Salvátorská 931/8, 110 00 Praha 1 (“We” or “Us” or "LukyLab"). We’re a registered limited liability company in the Czech Republic. Our head office is in Prague, and we’re bound by the laws of the Czech Republic and the EU.
We do our best to keep our Website up to date, secure and accurate, but we can make no warranties about this. If you choose to use this Website, you do so at your own risk.
We are dedicated to protect your privacy. We developed this Privacy Policy to let you know how we treat your personal information and the ways we work to keep it safe and private. We also want to clearly flag the risks associated with using our Website.

LukyLab collects personal information from you in two different ways. The first is to help us understand how well we’re doing. LukyLab uses social media, social networking services and messaging platforms to advance our work and services or enable some functions of the Website. These applications require the use of third-party service providers.
LukyLab does not solicit personally identifying information from children. Visitors who are under 18 years of age should not use the Website and should not submit any personally identifying information to the Website.
LukyLab employs industry standard security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Information submitted through our sign up forms or other action forms are usually encrypted through a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) connection, which protects the information while in transit. Please note, however, that several pages and functions on the Website may contain mixed content (including YouTube videos) and functionalities that are not necessarily secured by HTTPS.

Sometimes on the Website, you may be able to send or upload content – such as in the chatbot. All content that you submit may be used by us indefinitely and that we may disclose such content to third parties. Please don’t submit anything that you consider private, especially in communications with chatbots, because these communications are not private and we may use it for various purposes such as sharing on the social media or in advertising. Please don’t upload anything which you don’t have the rights to reuse. Also, please don’t upload anything illegal. We won’t tolerate hate speech, libel, sexual harassment or other unlawful content.
